Hi, I'm Jack! I am a current student at Monash University, studying a double degree in Engineering and Science. I am an experienced tutor over a range of subjects with specialties in Chemistry, English and Physical Education. I have tutored for companies, schools, and privately and have developed, what I think is, an effective balance between interactive learning and a direct teaching approach. Outside of academia, my main hobby is to run competitively. I think it is an essential component of the school/life balance, that students are able to enjoy themselves and pursue areas of life that are not necessarily prevalent in the classroom. I hope that I can help to provide a well-rounded education for you!

My name is Elleni Yates, I would love to be a film director, my dream is to write poetic scripts, and thus am studying at Swinburne to accomplish this. In VCE, I absolutely delved into developing my writing style and am eager to help students master their own to achieve the best results possible. I got a 99.20 Atar and near perfect English and Media scores, a 48 and 49 respectively. I’ve been a private tutor since I graduated in 2019, focusing on a humanities and arts based domain. When I’m not writing, I love surfing, skating, dancing and convincing myself I can cook (can thus far make eggs.) I am passionate about developing an encouraging and disciplined work ethic and look forward to the journey ahead together.
